What We Believe

Families First, Community Always

Without families, the foundation of a city crumbles. Families bring stability, growth, and they’ve been the backbone of Two Rivers.
While every member of the community matters, it’s families that hold the community together and give it a future.

Residents First

The people who live here come first. Tourists and business owners matter, but not more than our neighbors. A good city puts its residents at the center of every decision.

Protect Housing

Families need homes, not neighborhoods full of rentals for tourists. Limiting Airbnbs keeps housing affordable for residents and helps families stay and grow in Two Rivers.

Real Jobs

Tourism jobs are nice but don’t pay the bills year-round. We need solid, steady trade jobs and careers that support families and help our city thrive for generations.

Tourism Costs

Tourists should support the city, not just take from it. Neshotah Beach is crowded with visitors who leave their trash and spend little. We can’t cater to tourists at residents’ expense.

Your City, Your Home

For years, Two Rivers has been changing – good-paying jobs gone, the high school demolished, businesses gone. But it doesn’t have to stay this way. Sign up for our mailing list to stay informed.

We know it feels like no one is listening. But your voice can still make a difference. Speak up so leaders hear what matters to you. Show up to council meetings to remind them: this is your city, and you care.
